Excuses----END THEM!

Remove "I can't" from your vocabulary and get out of your current accepted norm!

I think back to when I was young when my grandma would remind me to not say anything negative about someone, "just say nothing at all" she would say if you can't say anything nice!

I think our excuses should be this too. So many justify or create ways out of doing what they really want to or have told others what they want to do.

Really try to listen to yourself, are you creating an acceptance program to what you don't want?

We create an area of what is our normal, like if we weigh 180lb now and the most we have been is 195 and least 170 but could we be lighter than 170? Are there others that are your hieght that are or are they just too small, sick looking, not feminine, not possible, too much work, etc, etc.

I say where do you want to be, what needs to be done, what has gotten in the way in the past, great, now lets start now, today, with what you need to be doing to be something special!
