I love my oatmeal, but I have to admit, it can get a little redundant.  When
I’m lacking in nutritional creativity my go to staple is apple cinnamon.  Don’t
get me wrong, it’s delicious and nutritious, but it’s good to mix it up a
bit.

 

A few things worth mentioning first.  Please, please take the extra 5-10
minutes to cook old fashioned oats.  The packet oatmeal usually is lower quality and oftentimes contains added sugars in amounts that are out of your control.  I
understand it’s convenient and I will say it’s better than skipping breakfast
all together, but humor me here and leave yourself a few extra minutes to try
one of the following new ways to prepare your oatmeal.
