Children's Museum Pop-Up Is At Grayslake Heritage Center
The Busy Brains Children's Museum PopUp at the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum will be open for the next several weeks.

GRAYSLAKE, IL — The Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum will feature a pop-up children's museum in the coming weeks. The Busy Brains Children's Museum PopUp at the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum, 164 Hawley St., includes several interactive exhibits for kids.
Among the exhibits are marble runs that can be created on magnetic walls, an X-ray viewer for little doctors to look at bones and body parts, an excavation area with trucks for digging in dirt and the museum's Bernoulli Box where kids can learn about flight.
The cost to visit the pop-up museum at the heritage center is $5 per child. The museum's hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday through Monday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. The museum is closed on Friday.
