DUI On Boat, Sex Offender Fails To Register: Lake Co. Sheriff
There were several people arrested in Lake County between July 6 and 12.
LAKE COUNTY, IL — The Lake County Sheriff's office released its weekly crime summary details crimes that happened between July 6 and July 12. Among the crimes reported are:
Failure to Register As a Sex Offender
Zachary M. Quist, 43, of the 10400 block of West Ames Avenue in Beach Park, was taken into custody on July 7 in the 37200 block of North Granada in unincorporated Lake Villa. Quist has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender. His bond has been set at $50,000 and he is next expected in court on Aug. 6.

Theft
Bradley M. Weil, 60, of the 2800 block of Enoch Avenue in Zion, was arrested on July 8 in the 36700 block of Route 41 in unincorporated Gurnee. Weil was charged with theft and a $1,500 recognizance bond has been set in the case. He is next expected in court on Aug. 5 at 9 a.m.

Criminal Damage to Property
Collin C. Debello, 26, of the 7500 block of Buena Vista Avenue in unincorporated Spring Grove, was arrested in the 35000 block of North Hilldale Road in Ingleside on July 8. Debello has been charged with criminal damage to property. A $1,500 recognizance bond has been set and Debello is next expected in court on July 27.
Warrant Arrest: Contempt of Court
Daniel Morales, 33, of the 37000 block of North Piper Lane in unincorporated Lake Villa, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court. Morales bond was set at $2,000 and he is next expected in court on July 14.
Criminal Damage to Property
Jenell L. Nitzki, 39, of the 500 block of Sandwedge Place in Gurnee, was arrested on July 8 in the 18500 block of West Old Gages Lake Road in Gages Lake. Nitzki is charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct and a $1,500 recognizance bond was issued. Nitzki is next expected in court on Aug. 5.
Obstructing a Peace Officer
Enrico J. Cirelli, 35, of the 38000 block of North Dewey Street in unincorporated Spring Grove, was arrested on a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance and for obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. His bond was set at $10,000.
Theft
Previous N. Ahyes, 31, of the 1000 block of Greenwood Avenue in Waukegan, was arrested in the 25500 block of North Arrowhead Drive in unincorporated Mundelein on July 10. A $1,500 recognizance bond was issued and Ahyes is next expected in court on Oct. 14.
Domestic Battery
Kenneth D. Gresham, 47, of the 10200 block of West Wadsworth Road in Beach Park, was arrested on July 10 and charged with domestic battery. A $25,000 recognizance bond was issued and Gresham is next expected in court on July 23.
Violation of an Order of Protection
Stephen T. Hood, of the 600 block of Kirkwood Avenue in Winthrop Harbor, was arrested on July 10 at Paddock Avenue and Sheridan Road in Beach Park. Hood is charged with violation of an order of protection and a $25,000 recognizance bond has been issued. He is next expected in court on Aug. 5.
DUI
Kyle J. Zurawaski, 24, of the 300 block of Donin Drive in Antioch, was arrested at Benjamin Avenue and Hickory Road in Ingleside on July 10. He has been charged with DUI-alcohol and no insurance. A $3,000 recognizance bond was set and Zurwaski is next expected in court on Aug. 26.
Operating Watercraft Under Influence of Alcohol
Patrick M. Rioedan, 27, of the 400 block of Elaine Terr in Lakemoor, was arrested on July 10 on Mineola Bay in Fox Lake. Rioedan is charged with operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol and a $3,000 recognizance bond has been set in the case. Rioedan is next expected in court on Aug. 26.
DUI-Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Marijuana
Stephen W. Bachmann, 40, of the 700 block of East Chicago St. in Elgin, was arrested on July 11 at Route 12 and State Park Road in unincorporated Spring Grove. Bachmann is charged with DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of marijuana and no insurance. A $3,000 personal recognizance bond was set in the case and Bachmann is next expected in court on Sept. 2.
Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property
Christopher K. Huber, 27, of the 37900 block of Lake Vista Terrace in unincorporated Spring Grove, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Huber's bail was set at $50,000.
DUI-Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol
Bianca A. Henderson, 27, of the 7300 block of Stewart Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at Route 134 and Fairlawn Drive in Hainesville and charged with DUI-alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. A $3,000 recognizance bond was set in the case and Henderson is next expected in court on Sept. 2.
Warrant Arrest: Theft
Keith R. Tremelling, 23, of Salem, Wis., was arrested on July 11 at routes 59 and 14 in Barrington on a warrant for theft. His bond was set at $20,000.
Warrant Arrest: Battery
Daniel J. Miller, 53, of the 2300 block of West Lake Short Drive in unincorporated Antioch, was arrested on July 11 on a warrant for battery. His bond has been set at $5,000.
Warrant: Aggravated Speeding
Anthony K. McClinton, 27, of the 2800 block of Gilead Avenue in Zion, was arrested on July 11 at Golf Road and Linden Avenue in Waukegan on a warrant. McClinton was issued a notice to appear on the warrant for aggravated speeding. McClinton was also charged with illegal transportation of marijuana and a $1,500 recognizance bond was issued.
Aggravated Assault
Malcolm S. Ostrenga, 27 of the 17800 block of West Big Oaks Road in Wildwood, was arrested in the 33300 block of North Lake Shore Drive in Wildwood on July 12. Ostrenga is charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property. A $1,500 recognizance bond was set in the case and Ostrenga is next expected in court on Aug. 5.
