The BAHUP (Bruce Alan Hupfer) Memorial Golf Outing was organized and developed by Michelle Hupfer. Unfortunately Michelle lost her father in 2006 to stage 4 prostate cancer. As a result Michelle decided to reach out to the community to raise funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer. Being in the golf business Michelle decided to start her own golf outing. So far the event has been very successf...ul and over the past four years has raised over $100,000 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
This year the event will be at McHenry Country Club - 820 N. John St. McHenry, IL 60050 on Monday August 15th, 2011. It will be 9AM shotgun start and the format is a four person scramble.
Contests include; long drive, closest to pin, and 50/50 raffle and if you get a hole in one you win a Mercedes! After golf there will be lunch, silent auction, live auction, and raffle. Entry fee is $150 and includes golf, cart, prizes, and lunch.
