Healthy YOUth Host Drug Take-Back Event in Zion Oct. 25

The Healthy YOUth Program at Zion-Benton Township High School will be hosting a fundraiser during Red Ribbon Week at Culver’s Restaurant, 3335 Sheridan Road in Zion, on Tuesday, October 25th from 4-7 p.m.  Culver’s of Zion will donate 10 percent of all orders placed by friends and families of Healthy YOUth.  The community is encouraged to support this event.

Healthy YOUth will, in turn, donate the funds collected that night to the Save A Star organization to prevent prescription drug abuse and bring a permanent drug drop off mailbox to the Zion Police Department.  The mailbox will be at the Zion Culver’s fundraiser on October 25 for the community to drop off their unused or expired prescription and non-prescription medications.
