FLAG Chevrolet To Be Sold: Village Officials

The dealership is expected to be sold to SKA Motors LLC, village officials said.

GRAYSLAKE, IL — FLAG Chevrolet in Grayslake, a dealership at 1000 E. Belvedere Road in Grayslake, is expected to be sold to SKA Motors Grayslake LLC in the coming months, village officials said during a recent village board meeting.

In recent weeks, the village board voted to allow a $1 million incentive package approved for FLAG Chevrolet after it bought the dealership in 2018 to be transferred to the new owners, according to the Daily Herald. FLAG followed the conditions of the plan, which included renovating the building and maintaining a staff of 74 full-time employees.
