Grayslake 2017 Tree Lighting Celebration
You can enjoy an art show, sleigh rides, visit with Santa and more.

GRAYSLAKE, IL — It's that time of year again, and Grayslake residents will be able to see the lighting of the Christmas tree at the intersection of Whitney and Center Streets.
Festivities will begin at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24, with visits with Santa at the Oasis at 151 Hawley St. lasting until 8 p.m., with a 15-minute break for Santa. There will also be a fine art show, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Grayslake Village Hall.
The tree lighting festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by sleigh rides from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
