Joe Brown Named Senior Leasing Manager at Gurnee Mills

Joe Brown has been named Senior Leasing Manager at Gurnee Mills, Lake County’s mega-mall that’s currently undergoing a six-million-dollar renovation. The announcement was made by Gurnee Mills General Manager Randy Ebertowski.

In his new capacity as Senior Leasing Manager, Brown is responsible for canvassing, qualifying and closing dynamic new tenants for Gurnee Mills that will fit the needs of and excite local shoppers.

He possesses nearly seven years of experience as a leasing representative. Most recently, he served as a leasing representative for Spinoso Real Estate Group and prior to that position he was with Pyramid Management Group in Central New York before joining Simon Property Group at the end of 2017. While at Spinoso Real Estate Group, Brown oversaw the leasing and re-development of several centers including Sunrise Mall in Sacramento, Calif., Genesee Valley Center in Flint, Mich. and Eastern Shore Centre in Spanish Fort, Ala.

Prior to joining the leasing world, Brown served as a television sportscaster for 18 years.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from State University of New York at Fredonia.
