Lake County Sheriff's Office Seeks Help in Locating Missing Teen

The Lake County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help as they try to locate a missing teen.

Jolynn J. Sanders, 14, of Wadsworth, was last seen on April 1 leaving her home on foot, police said.

Sanders is described as being 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 110 pounds. She has green eyes and blond hair and scars on her left forearm and legs. Sanders was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, white Nike shoes, and was carrying a Jansport tie-dye backpack.

It is possible Sanders is somewhere in Lake County or in the Kenosha, Wis., area. If Sanders is seen, please contact the Lake County Sheriff’s Office at 847-549-5200 or local law enforcement.
