Narcotics Arrest Warrants Lead To $1M Bond: Lake County Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Mary F. Drake, 53, of Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 19. Her bond was set at $2,500, and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.
• Manuel Argeta Martinez, 30, of Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of domestic battery, violation of an order of protection, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and was arrested Oct. 24. His bond was set at $75,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 12.
• Ericka Bacilio-Giles, 26, of Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 25. Bond was set at $20,000, and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 9.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

• James C. Blanchard, 63, of the 25400 block of Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Oct. 19 at Grass Lake Road and Rena Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 2.
• Quiana Kimbrough, 38, of the 2900 block of Bethel Boulevard, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 21 at Route 41 and Route 173, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000, and a Dec. 9 court date was assigned.
• Daniel J. Hunt, 28, of the 18600 block of W Deerpath Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 18500 block of W Old Gages Lake Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $1,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 19.
• Michael W. Bailey, Jr., 27, of the 200 block of Fern Place, Fox Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 23 at Route 59 and Grand Avenue, Fox Lake. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.
• Jesus J. Cabrera, 32, of the 26300 block of N Route 83, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 23 in the 1700 block of O'Plaine Road, Green Oaks. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 2.
• Christopher M. Ordonyne, 33, of the 3300 block of Country Lane, Long Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 3300 block of Country Lane, Long Grove. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.
• Tina A. Dermeritt, 31, of the 2300 block of N Old Pond Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Piper Lane and Carson Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $3,000, and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 9.
• Corey S. Freier, 28, of the 300 block of Kay Street, Crystal Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, child endangerment, resisting arrest, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Route 59 and Kelsey Road, Lake Barrington. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 2.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Joseph R. Wolf, 33, of the 1400 block of North Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Oct. 21 at North Avenue and Glen Flora, Waukegan. His bond was set at $1,500.
• Deon Hollingsworth, 31, of the 2900 block of Willow Lane, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and new charges of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 13.
• Armando Espinoza, 43, of the 64000 block of 27th Street, Berwyn, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 22 at Wadsworth Road and Chicago Avenue, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $2,000.
• J'Kolbi W. Towns, 22, of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 23 at Route 22 and Route 83, Long Grove. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Toddja H. Wright, 28, of the 300 block of Lake Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Sheridan and Beach roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Omar Luna, 28, of the 32800 block of S Cedar Lake Road, Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 21 at Fairfield Road and Long Lake Drive, Round Lake. His bond was set at $10,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 28.
• Kevin J. Hilliard, 27, of the 800 block of Deerfield Place, Pontiac, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Route 45 and Country Place, Old Mill Creek. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

LaShawn T. McBride, 26, of the 1100 block of Main Street, Grayslake, is accused of being a fugitive from justice, resisting arrest, and was arrested Oct. 22 in the 18500 block of W Old Gages Lake Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $500,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 30.

BATTERY

Breanna C. Skaja, 32, of the 200 block of E Liberty Street, Wauconda, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 23 in the 35500 block of N Ward Lane, Ingleside. Her bond was set at $1,500, and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 17.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

James M. Bolden, 28, of the 300 block of Lake Street, Waukegan, is accused of residential burglary, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 38100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $25,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 12.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Jordan A. Heard, 21, of Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Oct. 24 at Sheridan Road and Keith Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $1,500.

POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS

Joseph M. Fox, 30, of the 38800 block of Wilton Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance out of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and was arrested Oct. 24 in the 38800 block of Wilton Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $1 million, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 30.
