Tree Lighting Festival, Holiday Market Held Thanksgiving Weekend in Grayslake
The holiday tree lighting festival and holiday market will be held on Nov. 27.

The holidays will kick off in Grayslake over the Thanksgiving weekend.
On Friday, Nov. 27, the holiday tree lighting festival will take place. Santa will arrive at the holiday tree at the corner of Center and Whitney streets at 5:30 p.m. Sleigh rides take place between 6 to 8 p.m.

The holiday market will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Grayslake History Museum.
