Waukegan Man Accused Of Escaping: Lake County Blotter

A Waukegan man had a warrant for escape and was arrested at his home: Lake County Sheriff's Office Blotter.

  • Nathan C. Burris, 20, of East Troy, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested on Oct. 5 at Route 59 and Grand Avenue, Fox Lake. His bond was set at $2,000.
  • Yajaira Gallaga, 21, of the 38000 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested on Oct. 6 at 34th Street and Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Gallaga's bond was set at $1,500.
  • Terrance B. Lyons, 31, of the 500 block of Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 6 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500.
  • Wonnie R. Lminggio, 30, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license was suspended, and was arrested Oct. 9 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park.
  • Cesar Miranda, 27, of the 27900 block of Case Road, Unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license was suspended, and was arrested Oct. 10 in Unincorporated Wauconda. His bond was set at $75,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 16.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Rhonda L. Wetter, 37, of the 700 block of Harp Avenue, Volo, is accused of having a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested on Oct. 5 in Volo. Her bond was set at $25,000, and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 28.

AGGRAVATED DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED

Sara A. Fischer, 31, of the 700 block of N Lakeview Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving while license was revoked, and was arrested Oct. 5 in the 200 block of Route 59, Ingleside. Her bond was set at $30,000, and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 20.

ESCAPE

Kendall Q. Sawyer, 20, of the 2000 block of N Butrick Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for escape, and was arrested Oct. 6 in Waukegan. Sawyer's bond was set at $75,000, and was assigned a court date of Oct. 15.

FAILURE OF SEXUAL PREDATOR TO REGISTER

  • Melissa Medina, 38, of the 3300 block of Old Plank Road, Park City, is accused of having a warrant for failure of sexual predator to register, and was arrested Oct. 6 in the 3500 block of Birchwood Drive, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $10,000, and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.
  • Richard T. Lambert, 53, of the 39000 block of N Green Bay Road, Beach Park, is accused of failure to register as a sexual offender, and was arrested Oct. 8 in the 0-100 block of S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Waukegan His bond was set at $30,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Peter J. Santi, 39, of the 1000 block of Park Avenue, Highland Park, is accused of criminal trespass to residence, and was arrested Oct. 8 in the 26500 block of N Pheasant Court, Wauconda. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 5.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Christopher A. Martinez, 22, of the 2100 block of Georgetown Lane, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 8 in the 38200 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $50,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 6.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Brian S. Fick, 30, of the 17200 block of W Woodland Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for criminal damage to property, and was arrested Oct. 8 in Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 29.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS

Abraham Campos, 19, of the 19900 block of Hickory Street, Mundelein, is accused of unlawful possession of cannabis, and was arrested Oct. 9 at Route 60/83 and Diamond Lake Road, Mundelein. His bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

  • Danile A. Gomez, 20, of the 100 block of Heathrow Court, Lake Bluff, is accused of aggravated speeding (90 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested at Route 176 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Wauconda. His bond was set at $1,500.
  • Dolores D. Serratos, 23, of the 0-100 block of Chariot Road, Wheeling, is accused of aggravated speeding (82 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 9 at Diamond Lake and Gilmer Roads, Lake Grove. Her bond was set at $1,500.
  • Pablo Carrasco, 22, of the 200 block of Ferndale Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of aggravated speeding (80 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 10 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $1,500.
  • Ana D. Rodriguez, 19, of the 24700 block of N Milwaukee Avenue, Unincorporated Vernon Hills, is accused of aggravated speeding (90 mph in a 50 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 10 at Route 12 and Route 134, Fox Lake. Her bond was set at $1,500.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Amber M. Dexter, 30, of Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of having a warrant for domestic battery, and was arrested Oct. 9. Her bond was set at $31,000, and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

  • Agime Rahmani, 41, of the 42900 block of N Lenora Street, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 10 at 4th and Edgewood streets, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Rahmani's bond was set at $3,000, and was assigned a court date of Nov. 18.
  • Mitchell D. Hogan, 19, of the 36100 block of Dewey Street, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 10 at the 36100 block of Dewey Street, Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 25.
  • Angelica Carrasco, 25, of the 37800 block of N Orchard Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting a peace officer, aggravated speeding (67 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 11 at Lewis Avenue and Bonnie Brook Lane, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $3,000, with a court date to be determined.

BATTERY

Philip J. Spinuzza, 82, of the 900 block of N Milwaukee Avenue, Unincorporated Wheeling, is accused of battery, and was arrested Oct. 10. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 27.

VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

Issac R. Contreras, 30, of the 36700 block of Rosedale Avenue, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for a violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Oct. 10 in Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 21.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Timothy R. Myers, 34, of the 4300 block of S Drexel Boulevard, Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Oct. 11 at Route 41 and Route 173, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $1,500.
