Yingling Announces Winner of Student Art Contest
Yingling announced local second grader Isobel Toulemonde-Steber as the winner of his Students Contest

ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. - On Friday, state Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, announced local second grader Isobel Toulemonde-Steber as the winner of his Students Celebrate Illinois Bicentennial Art Contest and visited her school to present a certificate.
“Since launching this fun competition back in February, quite a few talented local students submitted their art work celebrating our state’s 200th birthday,” Yingling said. “Their works highlight great Illinois leaders such as President Lincoln, our incredible baseball teams like the Cubs and spotlight our state’s symbolic animals and flower. I am extremely proud to represent so many artistic students and look forward to displaying Isobel’s piece in my office at the capitol.”
