Yingling Visits Early Childhood Development Center

ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – Following through on his commitment to spend his time home from Springfield to meet with businesses, schools and service providers that rely on a responsible budget to continue providing critical services to the Lake County area, state Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, visited the Early Childhood Development Center in Round Lake Beach on Wednesday.

“Early childhood development programs set our kids up for success later in their lives by giving them the foundation they need to progress through various grade levels and well into their college years,” Yingling said. “The governor’s disastrous budget impasse threatened schools and early childhood centers in our community. Today’s visit reinforced my commitment to continue fighting to protect funding for programs that support children and families.”
