11-Unit Condo Building In Downtown Highland Park Approved
The condo building will be six-stories and will include 11 family homes located in Highland Park's Central Business District.

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The Highland Park City Council unanimously approved a proposed residential building that will add 11 more family homes downtown.
Known as the Ashbury by developer Platinum Homes, each condominium in the six-story building will include two to three bedrooms. Prices for the 2,200 to 3,200 sq ft units range from $1.65 million to $2.8 million.
The development will also include one unit classified as affordable, which is the smallest unit on the property at 1,290 sq ft.

The property is located in the Central Business District. The developer plans to demolish the structure that is currently there, an old commercial building that used to hold a printing company and a travel agency.
Platinum Homes outlined what each floor will consist of. The first floor will be a residential parking garage with 20 spots, the second through fifth floors will include the residential units and the sixth floor will have two penthouses with roof access.
