12 Catalytic Converter Thefts Stolen In One Day: Highland Park Crime Blotter
The crime blotter covers incidents in Highland Park from April 27 - May 3.
HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Highland Park Police Department.
THEFT
- Vehicles - May 1 at 7:45 a.m.
- A total of 12 catalytic converters were stolen from cars parked at businesses in the 2200-2900 block of Skokie Valley Road. There was an attempt to steal an additional two catalytic converters, police said.
- Bike - May 2 at 9:43 a.m.
- A resident reported that their e-bike was stolen from their property in the 400 block of Lakeside Manor Road. The value of the bike is $680, police said.

- Graffiti - April 30 at 8:59 a.m.
- Police received a report of graffiti on a tunnel near St. Johns Avenue and Blackhawk Road. Police said the total estimated damage is $547.
