19-Year-Old Charged with Tattooing a Minor

Daeshanea Montgomery (19) of the 2700 block of St. Johns Ave., Highland Park was arrested and charged with tattooing the body of a minor and failure to register a tattooing establishment after police were informed of a juvenile who had received a tattoo. Montgomery was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of September 2, 2014 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan.

Unregistered soliciting

Sean Wanko (25) of the 4500 block of S. St. Louis, Chicago and John Miller (19) of the 2900 block of S. Wallace, Chicago were cited administratively for soliciting without registering and no vendor license after police observed them discussing “repair work” with a homeowner in the 1600 block of Clavey Rd., Highland Park. Wanko and Miller are expected in administrative court at City Hall, 1707 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park on September 4, 2014.

Disorderly conduct

Jessica Zavorski (18) of the 300 block of VanBuren St., Crystal Lake was cited administratively for disorderly conduct after filing a false police report of stolen medication and purses on July 29, 2014. Zavorski is expected in administrative court at City Hall, 1707 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park on September 4, 2014.
