78-Year-Old Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct After Crash: Cops

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Daniel Alexander Melcher Blok, 18, of the 1300 block of Central Avenue, Deerfield, was arrested and charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct after a May 18 incident in the 1500 block of Lake Cook Road.

Blok's court date is June 22.

RETAIL THEFT

Ann M. Singer, 79, of the 300 block of Green Bay Road, was arrested and charged with retail theft and criminal trespass to property after a May 21 incident in the 600 block of Roger Williams Avenue.

Singer's court date is June 7.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Stavros Tourlis, 78, of the 5000 block of Artesian Avenue, Chicago, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, driving with expired registration and driving without insurance after a May 22 traffic accident in the 2600 block of Skokie Valley Road.

Tourlis's court date is July 13.
