Abriendo Puertas opens at Family Network

The Abriendo Puertas program began on February 5th, 2015, at 12pm-2pm. Abriendo Puertas (“Opening Doors”) is the nation’s first evidence-based parent leadership program designed primarily for Spanish-speaking parents of newborns to children up to 5 years old. The Abriendo Puertas program specifically promotes Latino parents’ leadership and advocacy as well as parenting practices that foster children’s early learning and development in a culturally relevant manner.
