Train Station Thief: Highland Park Crime Blotter

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Highland Park Police Department.

BURGLARY

• Vehicle - Sept. 25 at 9:38 a.m.
  • A resident reported that somebody had gotten into their unlocked vehicle that was parked in the 800 block of Highland Place. Some items were missing, but their estimated value is unknown.

• Bicycle- Sept. 26 at 1:27 p.m.
  • Police received a report that a bicycle that had been secured at the Metra Station located at 1700 St. Johns Ave. was stolen. Police said the bike is worth about $300.
