My Dog Talks! iPhone App Available May 30 - Create hilarious videos of your dog from any photo

HIGHLAND PARK, IL —Ever wondered what your dog would say if he could speak? Mystery solved. Available May 30, the My Dog Talks! app gives dog lovers of all ages the ability to imagine, see and hear what’s on their dogs’ minds. The app lets users make quick and easy one-of-a-kind videos featuring their furry friends. Simply snap a photo of your canine or select from the camera roll, add a mouth and voice that suits your dog’s personality, give a command and watch your pooch repeat what you’ve said in a comical voice. Share the video via email, Facebook, YouTube or save to your camera roll for later giggles. Created by the Finemans of Highland Park, IL, My Dog Talks! is a true family affair. Tired of watching their two sons, Ethan, 10, and Noah, 8, interacting more with their various digital gadgets than with each other, parents Marc and Heather posed their boys a challenge: rather than play with apps, why not make one of their own? After a family brainstorming session attended by canine companion Roxy, the Fineman’s had a plan: create an app that makes people laugh and also helps homeless pets. They succeeded on both accounts: a portion of the profits from My Dog Talks! will be donated to organizations that help homeless dogs find loving families. “We wanted to teach the boys that if a group of people put their heads together they could achieve something great,” said co-creator Heather Fineman. “The entire process really brought our family together thanks to our love hate relationship with technology in our house.” My Dog Talks! for iPhone will be available May 30 for $0.99 in the Apple App Store https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/my-dog-talks!/id647331257?ls=1&mt=8. Check out a teaser video on www.mydogtalksapp.com. Heather, Marc, Ethan and Noah Fineman are available for interviews. And, thanks to My Dog Talks!, so is Roxy.
