Enjoy a first course selection of Baby Greens Salad, watercress, feta, toasted pine nuts, honey balsamic vinaigrette; Caesar Salad, grated parmigiano reggiano, croutons, asiago cheese crisp; Maine Lobster Bisque, cream, lobster, sherry, cayenne; or Strawberry & Pistachio Salad, red onion, toasted pistachios, parmigiano, baby greens and sherry vinaigrette.

Dive into the main course with your choice of 6 oz. Center Cut Filet, served with whipped Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus, rosemary demi; Seared George’s Bank Scallops, with lobster risotto, champagne buerre blanc; Maple Roasted Salmon, bourbon glaze, Yukon mashed potatoes, green beans with pecans; 4 oz. Center Cut Filet with Seared Sea Scallops or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, with whipped Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus; or 12 oz. Kansas City Strip (add $8), with your choice of two seasonal sides.
