HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The Park District of Highland Park promises more eggs than ever filled with toys and fun surprises as well as an "egg-stra" special guest at this year's spring egg hunt. The free Saturday morning event will include entertainment, coffee and donuts at the back of Sunset Woods Park near the Green Bay Road entrance.
Children will be divided into three age groups: Kids 3 and under, those aged 4 to 7 and children 8 years old and up. Each age group's eggs will contain tickets corresponding to special prizes, according to the park district. One special egg will include a summer family pass to Hidden Creek Aqua Park.
