When others are content to sit back and complain, Adam is a doer. He doesn’t hide. He doesn’t just talk the talk, he doesn’t just listen, he walks the walk. From being a commissioner on the old Plan Commission, to being the chairman of that commission when it merged with the Design Review Commission to form the new Plan and Design Commission, Adam works hard for Highland Park. He stands for what matters most to all of us: diversity, character, sustainability and respect for diverging viewpoints. Beyond his service to our City, Adam’s experience and qualifications further solidify why Adam is the right person for the job. Owning a property management firm for many years has allowed Adam to experience exactly what it means to work with large groups of people, frequently with different priorities. Adam has to find solutions to everyday problems on a regular basis. At a time when politics is becoming increasingly filled with the unqualified and inexperienced, Adam is a candidate who is ready for the job on day one.

As a member and immediate past chairman of the Highland Park Zoning Board of Appeals, I know firsthand the commitment needed to serve the citizens of our community. Now, as a member of the Plan and Design Commission, I can see for myself the dedication Adam shows to our community. He understands the issues facing Highland Park and I have no doubt he will attack them with the same vigor he attacks everything else. Quite simply put, Adam is the right person at the right time.

Adam is already a great asset to the City and I am proud to support him in his candidacy for the City Council. He won’t just ensure that residents are heard, but that residents are respected and our community values preserved. I don’t have to guess. He’s already doing it.

On April 4, 2017, please vote for Adam Stolberg. Experience matters and he’s the only candidate with it.
