Endorsement of Adam Stolberg: Letter

The following was written and submitted by Phil Kaplan

I heartily endorse Adam Stolberg for the recently vacated two-year term seat on the City Council of Highland Park. As an eight-year member and former co-chair of the City of Highland Park Plan and Design Commission, I had the good fortune to serve alongside Adam Stolberg. He was an incredibly competent and thoughtful Chair of the Commission. Adam knows when to speak and when to listen in a contentious meeting. His skilled analysis of development issues along with his deft handling of input from citizens has led to better development in Highland Park. As CEO of Advantage Management, he has tremendous knowledge in property management, budgeting, and client/tenant relations – knowledge that transfers very well to helping run a city.

I am confident that Adam has the knowledge, skills and temperament to be an effective Councilman. I urge you to vote for Adam Stollberg the two-year term Council seat in the April election.
