Estate Planning Seminar for Procrastinators: It's Not Too Late!
Free Seminar and Happy Hour, Thursday, September 17 at 5:30 PM

Did you know that 55% of adults in the U.S. do not have an estate plan? That means when they die or become disabled or incapacitated, the courts will be making the decisions for them about who gets what and who’s in charge.
“Some people don’t believe they’re wealthy enough to need an estate plan,” explains Rick Lesser, Founder and Partner at Lesser Lutrey McGlynn & Howe LLP in Lake Forest. “But honestly, if you own anything, or have a spouse, children or grandchildren, you really should have an estate plan.”
Estate planning includes wills that direct how your money and assets will be distributed after your death; living trusts that name an administrator and keep all assets within your control; powers of attorney for health care and property; and beneficiary designations for the distribution of IRAs, life insurance and 401k plans.
