Afternoon Tea & Exhibit Lecture in the Rissman Family Kol Ami Museum

Fran and Bernie Alpert will discuss the Rissman Family Kol Ami Museum’s collection of Israeli antiquities on Wednesday, April 25 at 1:00 pm at North Suburban Synagogue Beth El.

Bernie Alpert received a B.S. in earth sciences from the University of Illinois and an M.S. in Classical archaeology from Oxford University. He has been excavating in Israel for over thirty years. He and his wife Fran founded Archaeological Seminars in Jerusalem, Israel.

Fran Alpert received a B.A. in education and an M.S. in Classical archaeology from Oxford University. She is an educator, a licensed Israeli tour guide, and a lecturer known for her creative approach to the Land of Israel.
