Take part in an invigorating two-hour indoor Group Fitness challenge with yoga,Pilates, cycling, Zumba!, Boot Camp & adrenaline. Pink Ribbon Certified Pilates instructors will be on hand for complimentary 15 demos before event starts. Group fitness classes are open until they reach capacity. Register with a team and enter to compete in the Boot Camp Fundraising challenge. Stay for special guest speaker OB-GYN, Dr. Therese Hughes, MD from Northshore Women’s Health Associates. And bring kids along for dance and language classes next door at our partner, Soul2Sole Dance Inc and Language Stars. Open to members and nonmembers.
