Eye Specialist With Office in HP Sued for Negligence

HIGHLAND PARK, IL - An eye care specialist with a location in Highland Park has been sued for negligence.

Robert Bell recently filed a complaint in Cook County Circuit Court against Eye Specialists of Chicago and Highland Park Ltd., according to a report in the Cook County Record.

Bell says he suffered injuries that led to pain and suffering, medical expenses and loss of a normal life after receiving inadequate care from the specialist. He says Mark Buranosky, M.D. failed to properly assess his level of infection and did not provide proper treatment.

The company has a location in Highland Park on Park Avenue West.
