Fashion Show Fundraiser Benefiting Bridge to Success

HIGHLAND PARK, IL (October 27, 2016) – Ginger’s of Highwood, My Best Friend’s Closet and Cos Bar Highland Park are joining together to build a “Bridge to Success” for those in need. They will be hosting a Fashion Show fundraiser on Thursday, October 27th from 6-9pm, to help make an impact on poverty and employment in the metropolitan Chicago Area. The public is invited to support this fashionable philanthropic event at Ginger’s of Highwood, 254 Green Bay Road, where they will enjoy an energetic evening of fashion and fun. Tickets are $25 at the door and include lite bites and drink ticket.

All proceeds will benefit A Bridge to Success, a non-for-profit organization that enhances employment opportunities for at-risk, low-income, no-income men, women, and young adults by providing high-end interview and workplace appropriate clothing, coupled with a personal stylist and coaching, to build self-confidence through appearance, interview preparation and sense of belonging at the workplace.

The season’s hottest fall and holiday fashion trends will come to life as models from Highland Park’s My Best Friend’s Closet rock the runway and capture the audience’s attention as they parade through the crowd. They will be ‘elevating beauty’ with the latest makeup styles and skincare techniques applied by Cos Bar Highland Park.
