Finance Dept. Expands Hours Ahead of City Sticker Deadline
New city vehicle stickers must be displayed by October 1 in Highland Park.

The city of Highland Park’s Finance Department will offer expanded hours to allow residents more opportunities to purchase city vehicle stickers before the October 1 deadline.
The department will now be open on Saturday, September 26 from 8 a.m. to noon and Tuesday, September 29 until 7 p.m.
Renewal applications for City vehicle stickers were mailed to residents in August. Stickers cost $45 per passenger vehicle. For an additional $30 fee, residents may upgrade their sticker to support the District 112 Education Foundation.

Residents can also renew online, at www.cityhpil.com by selecting the “Online Vehicle Stickers” link. Those failing to display a sticker after October 1 may be subject to a $50 fine.
