Fred H. Sherman, 92, of Glencoe, IL, passed away on November 15, 2022. Beloved husband of Carolyn Sherman, nee Rosenbaum. Adored father of Gail (Craig) Carberry, Nancy Sherman and Deborah Kalish. Proud and beloved grandfather of Hayley and John Carberry; Justin, Benjamin and Julia Kalish. Cherished son of the late Philip G. and Ella Sherman. Dear brother of the late Judith (the late Herman) Harris. Fred was born in Chicago. He graduated from Senn High School in 1948 and from Northwestern University in 1952. He spent his career working alongside his father at Sherman Cartage Company. He served as a volunteer at Highland Park Hospital for many years. Fred was cherished by his family and loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. All services were privately held.
