Freshii Opens in Highland Park's Target

Freshii, a health-casual fresh food option, opened its newest location in the Highland Park Target store earlier this month.

The Toronto-based chain now has nine locations (eight in Chicago, one in Minneapolis) as a part of a new cafe test for Target. It will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In all, Freshii is in more than 80 cities in 15 countries worldwide.

Menu items include breakfast, soups, salads, wraps, bowls, burritos, Lifeway frozen kefir, juices and smoothies.

According to a publicist, Freshii “always maintains its manifesto to provide nutritious meal choices that energize people on the go.”
