Highland Park Businesses Recognized for 25+ Years in Community
Mayor, Council and Economic Development Commission honor seven local businesses who have been rolling for at least a quarter of a century.
Seven businesses in Highland Park were recognized recently with the Business Recognition Award by Mayor Nancy Rotering, the City Council and Economic Development Commission for having been in business for more than 25 years.
“This award recognizes excellence and innovation in business operations, and a commitment to the Highland Park community,” according to a city news release. “These long-standing businesses serve as an example to all businesses of how hard work, dedication to providing high-quality service and products, and adapting to the market can lead to long-term success.”
Awarded were Jan Brenner & Associates, 1893 Sheridan Road (45 years), Field Violin Workshop, 451 Roger Williams Ave. (35), Lloyd Sigman DDS LTD, 1770 First St. Suite 410 (27), Piero’s Pizza, 647 Roger Williams Ave. (26), Signs Now, 716 Central Ave. (26), Academic Tutoring Centers, 460 Central Ave. (25) and LGL Business Solutions, 1910 First Street Suite 303 (25).
