HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The following information comes from the Highland Park Police Department as a record of police activity. Arrests are not an indication of guilty, and criminal charges can be dropped or reduced. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
STOLEN VEHICLE
Someone stole an unlocked vehicle that had keys inside while parked in the 500 block of Ravinia Road between 6:00 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. on March 13.

THEFT
On March 14, around 10:30 a.m. it was reported that an someone stole multiple items of merchandise from a business located in the 1300 block of Half Day Road on March 14.

Two people reportedly stole multiple items of jewelry from a residence located in the 600 block of Old Trail Road on March 9 at approximately 1 p.m.. It was reported March 17.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
On March 13, Jaime C. Castrejon, 54, of the 2200 block of Wallace Avenue, North Chicago was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and driving while registration suspended for no insurance after police responded to a traffic accident around 5 p.m. near the intersection of Skokie Valley Road and Half Day Road.
RETAIL THEFT
On March 14, Meoni D. Henry, 18, of the 2700 block St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park was arrested and charged with retail theft around 8 p.m. after police responded to a complaint from a business located in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road.
IN-STATE WARRANT
On March 14, Lee D. Varon, 48, of the 800 block of North Greenview Street, Chicago was arrested on an in-state warrant after he turned himself in at the Highland Park Police Station around 8 p.m.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
On March 16, Adoresse P. Jackson, 25, of the 1900 block of North 39th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding 21 – 25 mph over the limit after police conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Skokie Valley Road around 3 a.m.
