HIGHLAND PARK, IL — The Art Center’s Festival of Fine Arts will showcase the work of 125 juried Saturday and Sunday. Sponsored by the 58-year-old Art Center, a nonprofit organization that holds art classes and exhibitions in addition to hosting the annual festival, it takes place at Sheridan Road and Central Avenue in east Highland Park.
