Highland Park To Host 3rd Annual Business Summit
Featured speaker will present city's new branding model.

On Wednesday, October 21, the City of Highland Park will host its third annual Business Summit at the Highland Park Country Club from 3-6 p.m. with registration beginning at 2:30 p.m.
The event will feature speaker Greg Samata, founder of Samata Branding & Consulting.

A collaborative effort between the City of Highland Park and the business community, the event is designed to bring hundreds of business and community leaders together to facilitate economic growth within the City and beyond.
“Attracting and retaining businesses and jobs is a priority for the City. As in the past, the Summit will highlight our effort to forge partnerships and collaboration with the business community, working toward a common goal of improved economic growth, vibrancy and quality of life,” Mayor Nancy Rotering said. “Businesses have competing demands on their time, foremost is running their business. The City is pleased to provide the Summit as an opportunity for businesses, developers and the City to come together to help them prosper and grow.”
Attendees will have an opportunity to network with community business leaders, local, regional and state government officials, property owners and real estate professionals. City officials will provide an overview of Highland Park’s initiatives and highlight the proven advantages of locating a business in Highland Park.
Samata will present the City’s branding model, define tools to help businesses increase visibility and market themselves, and lead the discussion. Samata Branding & Consulting is an independent brand consulting and design firm working with the City of Highland Park that brings extensive experience in design, branding and storytelling to clients in every business segment.
Samata and his team clearly visualize the value of each enterprise using insights, strategy, design, and technology to connect businesses to customers.
