Highland Park Man Charged with Child Porn
The alleged offensive images were found by a computer repair shop manager in Vernon Hills.

A Highland Park man faces child pornography charges after a computer he brought in to a Vernon Hills repair shop was found to have several of the illegal images on it, the Lake County News-Sun reports.
Villamor N. Rayos, 66, of 1690 Southland Ave. is facing five counts of possession of child pornography after his February 19 arrest made by the Vernon Hills Police Department.
According to police, Rayos brought his computer in to Target Direct, a Vernon Hills computer repair business, on February 14. A store manager informed police that day the device had what appeared to be child pornography. Police confirmed this after seizing the computer and an external hard drive.

Police say no evidence exists that any of the images were of local youth.
