HIGHWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTS NETWORKING BREAKFAST CELEBRATING THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY

HIGHWOOD, IL (FEBRUARY 2016) – The Highwood Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the first networking breakfast of the year will be held on Wednesday, March 16th, from 7:30 – 9:00 am at La Casa de Isaac, 431 Temple Ave. in Highland Park. Celebrating the growth and development of the City of Highwood, this presents an excellent opportunity to network amongst other chamber members and guests while enjoying a traditional Mexican breakfast at one of the community’s top dining destinations.

“2016 is off to a great start with new Board members and a new vibe,” says Julie Brugioni, President of the Highwood Chamber of Commerce. “We are building a solid membership structure from the many new businesses in Highwood that have joined the Chamber. We are looking forward to starting this year with an influx of great new ideas and perspectives!"

With a mission of building a dedicated and ever growing clientele for all Highwood businesses, the Chamber wants to gather input from business owners on how to facilitate for the future. The goal of the networking breakfast is to learn more about how the Highwood Chamber of Commerce can constantly work to be an advocate for their members, making sure no voice goes unheard. The networking event will offer an open forum for attendees to take part in brainstorming for the Celebrate Highwood series of family friendly festivals and events put on by the Highwood Chamber of Commerce.

The support and excitement from business owners and residents alike goes to show just how special the City, and people, of Highwood truly are. The event is free for Chamber members and open to guests for $10, and includes a traditional Mexican breakfast.
