Infinity Foundation Presents: Grounding and Gratitude in Nature

Break from your hectic and stressful life and spend the afternoon in Ryerson Forest Preserve with Kathleen Rude, Shamanic Practitioner

Grounding helps you experience being fully in your body, present in the moment, tapped into mental and emotional clarity, calmness and connection. Gratitude is a healing and empowering practice that brings emotional, physical, and interpersonal benefits. Explore simple practices that can change your life. Bring a journal and pen/pencil. If desired, bring a camp chair or blanket.
