Job Fair at New Balance North Shore

On Thursday, September 6th and Friday, September 7th, New Balance North Shore in Highland Park will host a Job Fair Open House to meet and interview prospective candidates for the store’s growing sales team. From 10 am to 5 pm each day, those who are interested are invited to come to the store to submit their resume (or fill out an application) and have an on-the-spot interview. The ideal candidate should have some retail background and be genuinely interested in helping people find the best athletic footwear and gear for their activities. They should be friendly, outgoing, and have strong verbal, communication and listening skills to converse with customers about their needs and explain how New Balance’s various products can benefit them. While retail experience is ideal, New Balance North Shore is open to any level of work experience, and anyone over 16 is welcome to apply. An interest in and/or participation in sports, fitness, or wellness is also highly desirable.
