Kristin Cavallari Extends "No Stalking Order" Against Man Who Followed Her at Gym in Highland Park
Order extended by court for two years for incident at Equinox Gym.

Kristin Cavallari, wife of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, extended a “no stalking order” she has against a man she accused of stalking her at the Equinox gym in Highland Park for two more years.
Cavallari was granted the order on April 9 after alleging David Berkowitz, 38, Chicago followed her to the gym on March 17 and after a workout to a parking lot, where he told her she had a flat tire.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Cavallari told police that she pulled into another parking lot to check the tire and saw Berkowitz drive past slowly and then pull in and out of nearby parking lots.

“He stayed with me for 20 minutes while I waited for my husband,” Cavallari said in the court filing.
On Thursday, the order was extended until April 29, 2017.
