A Des Plaines man is facing a disorderly conduct charge after allegedly asking juvenile subjects if they wanted to buy drugs.

According to a Highland Park police report, Andrew McDonald, 22 was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 12:32 p.m. on March 14.
