Man Charged with Criminal Neglect of a Long Term Care Facility Resident

A vehicle stolen on Green Bay Road was later found by the Chicago Police Department.

CRIMINAL NEGLECT OF A LONG TERM CARE FACILITY RESIDENT

Richard A. Oyinloye, 45, Chicago was arrested and charged with two counts of felony criminal neglect of a long term care facility resident after police investigated a suspicious incident complaint at a business located in the 2700 block of Skokie Valley Road at 9:01 a.m. on Nov. 18.

THEFT

Keontae M. Coleman, 24, Waukegan was arrested and charged with theft under $500 after police investigated a theft report in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road at 2:47 p.m. on Nov. 18.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Sometime between Nov. 19 and 20, unknown person(s) damaged a vehicle in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road.

STOLEN VEHICLE

Sometime between Nov. 19 and 20, a vehicle was reported stolen in the 1900 block of Green Bay Road. The vehicle was later recovered in the 5800 block of Shubbert Avenue in Chicago by the Chicago Police Department, then transported back to the owner.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

Sometime on Nov 17. between 10:45 a.m. and noon, unknown person(s) removed six men’s dress shirts from a vehicle in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

Sometime between Oct. 1 and Nov. 21, unknown person(s) removed a CD player from a vehicle in the 800 block of Dryden Lane.
