Medical Office Building in HP Sells for Millions
Laurel Terrace building on Green Bay Road sold to Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
HIGHLAND PARK, IL - The Laurel Terrace building at 1729-1789 Green Bay Road in Highland Park was recently purchased for $12.5 million by Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Crain’s reports.
The sale comes more than four years after a foreclosure lawsuit was filed against the building’s developer.
The building is home to medical offices on the bottom two floors. A separately owned set of condominiums takes over the top floor. NorthShore University Health System is its largest tenant.
