Winnetka Public Schools District 36 - closed

The Winnetka Library and Northfield branch will both open late, at noon

Deerfield School District 109 - two-hour delay, no a.m. kindergarten

City of Highland Park will not pick up refuse or recycling

Senior Center programs in Highland Park canceled throughout the day
