Octopus With Horns Spray Painted on Bike Path: Cops
The vandalism included an image of a multicolored one-eyed octopus with horns.
A multicolored one-eyed octopus with horns was spray painted on the pavement of the bike path near Waukegan Avenue and Naida Terrace, according to Highland Park police.
The criminal damage incident was first noticed just before noon on July 14.
