Park District of Highland Park Hires New Director

24-year parks veteran named new Director of Parks and Properties.

A veteran parks manager with more than two decades of experience has joined the Park District of Highland Park as its new Director of Parks and Properties.

Noel Rolle was named to the position with main responsibilities in oversight and management of the district’s parks, playgrounds, sports fields and outdoor tennis and basketball courts.

Before joining the Park District of Highland Park, Rolle worked for eight years as the Director of Parks and Planning at the Addison Park District and chaired the Army Trail Nature Center, managed construction for the rebuilding of the Golf Dome and was a member of the construction team for the Community Rec Center PARC Grant Project.

He has also served as the Director of Facility Operations for the Geneva Community Unit School District #304 and the Director of Building and Grounds for Deerfield Public Schools District #109.
