Pearl Harbor Day Observance: Veterans Roundtable

Commander Larry Sassorossi of American Legion Highland Park Post 145 will moderate a panel of veterans relating their service experiences.

Highland Park ---- Highland Park Historical Society will cohost with Highland Park American Legion Post 145 on Monday December 7th at 7:00 PM ‘Pearl Harbor Day Observance: Veterans Roundtable.’

World War Two (1939-1945):

Each panelist will offer key moments their service and will bring personal affects to share. Light refreshments will be served afterwards allowing audience to informally talk with the panelists.

‘Pearl Harbor Day Observance: Veterans Roundtable,’ will be presented at the Highland Park Public Library Auditorium 494 Laurel Avenue, Highland Park. For further information, please contact the Highland Park Historical Society: 847.432.7090 or archives@highlandparkhistory.org. Admission is free.

Highland Park Historical Society’s archives have moved to the Highland Park Public Library at 494 Laurel Avenue. Archivist Nancy Webster will be available Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm and Sunday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. It is best to call in advance for an appointment.
